Terms of Service

Wyld Origin provides a tag-application service: we help you plan applications, track requirements and deadlines, prepare filings, and keep status across states. We are not a state wildlife agency, outfitter, or tag broker.

We do not guarantee that you will draw a tag, receive a license, or be awarded any hunt. Draws, point systems, quotas, and eligibility are controlled by each state. Our work is to help you apply correctly and on time, subject to information you give us and to state rules that can change.

Package prices on the site are Wyld Origin service fees. State application, license, point, and tag fees are paid to the agency (or as we arrange with you) and are not included in those packages. You remain responsible for state fees, residency documentation, hunter education, and any other agency requirement.

We will not submit an application, purchase a point, or pay a state fee in your name unless you have approved that specific action. If information is missing or a deadline is close, we will contact you. Delay or refusal on your side may mean a deadline is missed; we are not responsible for filings you did not approve in time.

You pay a service fee for the package and add-ons you choose (for example, a one-, three-, or five-state annual apply package, plus optional points, raffle, or OTC help). That fee covers our work, not state fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, service fees are for the apply season we discuss with you and are not a guarantee of a tag. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause work until it is resolved.

You agree to give accurate contact and hunting information, review plans we send, and respond when we need approval or documents. You are responsible for following state law and hunt regulations. We may decline or end service if information is false, if a request is unlawful, or if we cannot reasonably complete the work.

If you provide a phone number and submit a form, you agree to receive recurring SMS marketing and promotional messages from Wyld Origin, in addition to service notifications: customer care, account notifications, and product or service delivery notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You may use wyld-origin.com for lawful personal purposes related to our service. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our materials for a competing service. Content on the site is for general information and may change as state rules change.

The service and website are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free filings by third-party agencies, or any particular hunt outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wyld Origin and its owners and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages — including missed draws, lost points, or hunt-trip costs — even if we were told they were possible.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the Wyld Origin service fees you paid us for the season at issue, excluding state fees. Some states do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that courts located in Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date will change when we do. If you continue to use the service after an update, you accept the revised terms.
