Wyld Origin is a U.S. tag-application service. We help hunters understand requirements, deadlines, and applications across states, and we provide human help when the rules get messy. We do not sell tags, guarantee draws, or act as a state wildlife agency.

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the site:

• Intake and quiz. Name, email, hunting states, species, weapons, experience, package choice, notes, and your consent to be emailed.
• Checkout and billing. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a service fee was paid, not your full card number.
• SMS. If you enter a mobile number in the SMS updates box and consent, we store that number and your consent to receive the messages described below. Email is collected separately and is not used as SMS consent.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the details needed to schedule that meeting.
• Cookies and analytics. The site may use cookies or similar tools for basic function, security, and aggregate traffic. We do not use that data to sell advertising lists.

We use personal information to:

• Prepare and deliver a tag plan and related customer care
• Confirm state fees, get your approval, and file only what you approve
• Process the service fee and keep payment records
• Schedule onboarding or advisor calls
• Send recurring SMS marketing and promotional messages from Wyld Origin, in addition to service notifications, when you have provided a number and consented
• Operate, secure, and improve the website

If you provide your phone number and submit a form, you may receive recurring SMS marketing and promotional messages from Wyld Origin, in addition to service notifications: customer care, account notifications, and product or service delivery notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use a text-delivery vendor (currently Allo) solely to send the messages you consented to. That vendor is a service provider, not a marketing affiliate, and is not given opt-in data to use for its own promotion.

We share information with service providers who help us run the business — not with marketing affiliates who would use your data to promote their own products. Those processors currently include:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Attio, as our customer relationship system
• Cal.com, for call scheduling
• Allo, for SMS delivery
• Website hosting and infrastructure providers

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

We keep intake, account, and payment records for as long as we need them to deliver the service, meet tax and legal duties, and resolve disputes. SMS opt-out requests are honored promptly; we may retain a suppression record so we do not text you again.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure. Please use a unique password for any account you create and contact us if you think something is wrong.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to stop SMS by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request, contact us through the website or write to the mailing address below.

Wyld Origin is for adults arranging hunting tag applications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
